    Joan Brenner, age 83, of Atlanta, Georgia passed away on September 18, 2023. Joan was a passionate mahjongg player with an enormous circle of friends.  She loved her family and will be missed. Joan was predeceased by her mother, Mary Kaufman and father, Sam Kaufman. She is survived by her husband, Larry Brenner, daughter Jodi Brenner Ginsberg (Jonathan), daughter Tracy Krebs (Brian), grandchildren Jessica Ginsberg Rogers (Cody), Jacob Ginsberg, Joshua Krebs, Benjamin Krebs, great-granddaughter Olivia Michal Rogers, and brother Michael Kaufman (Lizz). Memorial donations may be made to the Weinstein Hospice or MJCCA Tennis Department. The funeral will be held on Wednesday, September 20, 2023 at 2:30pm at North Atlanta Memorial Park, 5188 Winters Chapel Rd, Atlanta, GA 30360 with Rabbi Lauren Henderson officiating. Arrangements by Dressler’s, 770-451-4999.

    Shiva will be on Wednesday, September 20, 6:30-8:30pm at the home of Jodi and Jonathan Ginsberg and on Thursday, September 21, 6:30-8:30pm at the home of Tracy and Brian Krebs.
