John Kirpes (Iowa Stamps by Pfohl’s)
I’m sorry for your loss. I will miss his regular phone calls to discuss stamps and my window covering business. In April 2022, my wife and I had the opportunity to travel from Iowa to Florida for work. One of the days Edmund and I spent the entire day visiting and discussing stamps. He was so happy to have a stamp show in his apartment.

We loved your dad and will miss him. Best friends for over 30 years! He was truly "one-of-a-kind"

I worked with an Edmund Weisberger of Held Fabrics in my capacity of yarn salesman for National Spinning. If you are the same family, I send my condolences. Edmund had impeccable taste and great textile knowledge. A trip to the Held office was always an experience in creativity, imagination, vision, and expression--even if the orders were not huge. I remember working with Fred Appenzeller as well. Condolences to the family.
