OBITUARY
Shirley Levine, age 93 of Atlanta, Georgia passed away on December 15, 2022 after a long illness. She was a graduate of Girls High School and the University of Georgia in Atlanta. Shirley was a member of B'nai Brith girls club #176, played basket ball and taught Sunday school at Sherith Israel Synagogue. In later years she was an active member of Beth ShalomSynagogue sisterhood in Columbia, South Carolina. Shirley was predeceased by her father, Israel Matthew Pinsky; her mother, Libby Pinsky; brothers, Charles Pinsky and Samuel Pinsky and her great-granddaughter, Sidney Claire Denham, She is survived by her husband of 71 years, Bernard K. Levine, daughters Debby Smith and Penny Levine; grandchildren, Keith Baumwald, Shayna Denham, Rebecca Etter and great-grandchildren; Libbi, Laurel , and Marshall Denham. The funeral was held at Crest Lawn Memorial Park in Atlanta, Georgia with Rabbi Youshi Lerman officiating. Funeral arrangements were by Dresslers,
