My deepest sympathy goes out to the entire family. Jeffrey will always be in my memory as part of the Rugby Street gang and a big brother to my dearest friend.

My heart feels deeply for Jeffrey's wife and children, and for my sister-in-law Judy and my nieces Ashley and Heidi. I am glad to have been able to spend a few moments talking with Jeffrey two weeks ago and was shocked to hear about his sudden passing. Again, my heart feels your sadness and loss.
