Sandra and family. I am just learning today of Kenny's passing. I am so sad to hear this news. My memories of Kenny go back to the early 1950's and the Reeder Circle and Zimmer Dr days. One of the best guys ever. He will be missed and remembered. Much love, Robert and Tara

  • Joseph Sacher (Pearl Cypress\' great-grandson)

As a very small child, I always looked forward to family trips to Atlanta with my grandmother (Frances Cypress) and mother (Janet Cypress Harris) to see Kenny, Uncle Saul, Aunt Bess, Uncle Jerry, Helaine, and Harvey at the family store. Kenny was always so sweet and funny, finding creative ways to entertain me, often including something sweet to eat, a puzzle or two, and whatever else was may have been on hand. One truly magical childhood memory comes to mind -- of me driving a motorized scooter in circles behind Fashion Garment. To this day, I'm still shocked that my mother ever let me do it -- and equally convinced that it never would have happened if not for Kenny's personal involvement and charm. He had such a gentle, comforting way about him that was just plain contagious. Sending my deepest condolences and love to the extended family.
