  • Alfred and Rita Watkins

Jack was a great man. Everyone’s special friend. Our relationship began with his support of both daughters in the Lassiter band and continued four months before his passing. He was a regular attendee at our CWS concerts, the last one in May. He brought a positive spirit and enthusiasm every time I saw him. He was also one of Rita’s favorite “band dads” and she met them all. Jack and I shared a common disease and we encouraged each other during every visit. This is a huge loss for the Lassiter family and for our family.

  • Gabriel Rueda

Jack, we will miss you, your smile, wit, wisdom, kindness and friendship, not to mention your contributions for a better world around us. Your daughters will always remind us that they’re your joy and pride. Until we meet again, Love, Angela & Gabriel
