Samuel Kron, age 90, Atlanta, passed peacefully in his home on the 19th of Kislev, 5778, surrounded by his loving family. A Holocaust Survivor from Riga, Latvia, Sam made the journey to Atlanta in 1978, where he made a home with his wife and children. A proud new American, Sam loved to spend his time with his family. He is survived by his loving wife of 66 years, Rachel; daughter, Faina and Alex Sporn; son, Jacob and Sasha Kron; grandchildren Elana, Michaela, Abigail, Marc and Sabi. Dear Rose &Family We have known you since you first came toAtlanta all those years ago. Our email service was not working so e did not know of Sam’s passing; if we had known we would have come to the funeral. We are sorry we have lost contact as knowing everyone and helping you to become part of America was so meaningful to us. We are so sorry for your loss.
