She was an avid world traveler and, by sharing her memorable experiences, others were encouraged to follow her example. Dear Allison and family, I learned of the passing of your beautiful mom. I am so sorry. I remember her very fondly from my visits to Jacksonville so long ago. She was a beautiful and strong woman with a warm and loving heart to family and friends. May you take comfort in knowing that she was loved by many and is now reunited with the love of her life, your dad. My thoughts and prayers are with you for healing and comfort. Fondly, Caryl

I\'m so sorry to have missed Jeanette\'s graveside service. She & your dad were the finest people. I admired and respected them both. She was a great mentor as a wife, mother, and \"secretary\". It was a privilege to know her. You all must miss her terribly, I know I do. She was a \'great gal\' ! My love and sympathy to all. Sincerely, Iris

To the family of Melvin and Jeanette Newman: I was a long-time patient and friend of Melvin\'s and Jeanette\'s, but lost track of them after retirement. Although I am sad to learn of their respective deaths, I do want their families to know they were both very, very important in my life and health, and that they will live in my memory as long as I live. I loved them both. I send you my deepest condolences of their loss. Julie (Woodruff - that\'s how they knew me) Mason

Dr. Newman was my allergist for a number of years. Mrs. Newman was always such a gracious lady. After he retired, I saw her from time to time in Publix and we would talk about him and I always enjoyed those times. I know she was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother.
